- 1. INITIAL SCREENING
- Through an initial screening over the phone, we create a detailed profile of each of our candidates, learning their past employment details and discovering their future career goals, to determine if they match your organization.
- 2. FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW
- We assess all candidates' professionalism and demeanor through in-person interviews. During the interviews, we look for the characteristics most important to you to ensure that only the most qualified and interested candidates make it to the next stage of review.
- 3. REFERENCE CHECKS
- We contact three professional supervisors who have worked with the candidates to learn all titles held, dates of employment, reasons for leaving, and if the supervisors would hire the candidates again. We ask about the quality of work produced, attendance records and the candidates' work ethic, to ensure that you're getting the best candidate possible for your organization.
- 4. OVERVIEW OF THE CANDIDATE'S COMMITMENT TO THE ORGANIZATION
- In this stage, we establish the candidate's understanding of the position for which he or she is interviewing. We review the job requirements and responsibilities, and we confirm the candidate's commitment to your company.
